If you would like us to come and install your Ecco Stove, we do need to come and survey the property to ensure that we can offer a full quote and recommend the best stove for your property and needs! If you are within 1 hour of our Studley showroom we can carry out an installation survey free of charge. If you are more than 30 mins away from our Head Quarters there may be a refundable / non refundable charge (usually refundable should you proceed with the quotation depending on your location) for the quotation.

At the survey, our surveyor will conduct a thorough ground level inspection exploring the property to review what is the best stove to heat your whole home. Our surveyor will then verify the heat plan estimate our office created for you. If our office hasn't completed a heat plan estimate, our surveyor will complete this for you on the day of survey.
Our surveyor will answer any questions you have and discuss any of your concerns whilst on site. You will be provided with a full quote breakdown for the works involved in installing an Ecco Stove in your home. This will be given to you before our surveyor leaves your property to allow you time to review the quote.
Our friendly office team will then contact you to see how you got on with the quote and answer any additional questions you may have.
