Greenbuild Expo 2012 will include the ever-popular seminar programme (including over 100 seminars and workshops over the two-day event) building retrofit zone, workshops and taster training sessions.

Over 4,000 visitors attended the 2011 event, with local authorities, housing associations, architects, contractors, planners, engineers and consultants all represented. Another growth area was businesses, facilities managers, energy managers and contractors all seeking solutions to rising costs and how to minimise their buildings impact on the environment.

Almost 90% stated that Greenbuild Expo 2011 met their needs, whether that was solutions for current projects, research for future projects, information sourcing at seminars or networking with like-minded professionals. With over 80% of visitors saying the seminar content was good or excellent and 88% intending to return in 2012, visitor feedback has been excellent with many requests for more information on the topics covered at the show.
